Our Story

Meadowview Villa is a 16-unit 55 plus life lease facility in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario founded in 1999 by the F.J. Davey Home. Managed by the Davey Home until 2009, Meadowview is now overseen by Meadowview Non-Profit Housing Corporation, which works to make it a safe, stable community for its residents.

Plus, a dedicated property manager is always available to address any concerns, providing peace of mind and prompt assistance when needed.
